Chef Mathieu

We enjoyed this class very much! Chef Matt is a great teacher! He showed us how and then let us do the work. He gave us so many tips and techniques that we’ll be able to use at home to make meal prep easier and he explained why these techniques work. He was funny and very genuine and the food we cooked together was delicious! We would highly recommend this class!

Chef Mat was awesome! His thoughtfulness with the different added elements throughout the evening, made my sister’s birthday very special. The cooking aspect was also very fun and the menu he created was super unique. 10/10 recommend!

We had a great evening with Chef Mat. He was knowledgeable, professional, and keen to share his techniques. He brought everything he needed, prepared amazing food and left the kitchen spotless. My girlfriend and I had a great time cooking with Chef Mathieu. You can tell immediately he has a passion for cooking and teaching others from his stories about his family, the industry, and teaching people from all age groups. He was patient and thorough with instructions, and always explained why we were doing things which helps you appreciate the final product more. He's also a fun guy to be around. Always cracking jokes and laughing, making us feel very comfortable in his home. 10/10 super fun date night.

Chef Mat was incredible! We had such a great time (lots of laughs!) and learnt skills like making pasta from scratch and preparing squid, which we would never have attempted at home. A very unforgettable experience. Highly recommend :)

We loved our experience with Chef Mat! The meal was excellent and some of the best Indian food we’ve had. Chef Mat was easy going and very knowledgeable. Chef Mathieu was really great and we had an awesome time there! The food was really good, even though we had some smalls changes in the menu, everything was delicious! Specially the squid :)
