Chef Mat was awesome! My fiancГ© and I had such a fun time chatting, learning, and getting our hands dirty. Mat was great at making cooking feel like it can be accessible to everyone (no pasta machine or fancy equipment necessary) and he had great tips for beginner cooks like us. I'm definitely less intimated to make fresh pasta and more complex dishes on my own now. He was very timely and efficient with the prep work! This is a perfect date night activity or any occasion to have a delicious meal and learn how to make it.

We had a fantastic time. Mathieu was patient and took the time to truly instruct. Learned a lot, enjoyed a great meal with great conversation and lots of laughs. Highly recommend.

I had an amazing time. I don't know if there is a better way to spend Friday evening than to cook Italian food while sipping wine and listening to favorite music. Thank you, chef, for all your guidelines, support and entertainingly educational atmosphere that you managed to create:)
