Chef Mathieu was a pro and a top notch host! Food was amazing and the menu was so well curated, we really felt like we left with new cooking tips and tricks, definitely learned a lot. Overall the food and experience were well worth it and would definitely do again!

Chef Matt was great. He thought us different knife skills, food presentation, how to make pasta noodles from scratch. To top it all off the food was fantastic.

Chef Mathieu was awesome, it was so much fun cooking with him! Great experience and would highly recommend. The food was also delicious. :)

Absolute amazing service and fantastic cooking skills!!

We did a team building cooking class with Chef Mathieu and everyone thoroughly enjoyed the class. We learned several new techniques that we can bring to our own home kitchens, the class was very hands on and interactive, and the food that we cooked was really delicious. Everyone on my team had a great time and we would totally do it again!

Chef Mat was great! He is funny and personable. He loves to teach and it shows through his class. I look forward to booking a different class with him in the future!

Whether you’re new to cooking or not, this experience is a gem. Chef Mat is warm, funny, incredibly knowledgeable, and truly an artist in the kitchen. 10/10 – we’d happily do it again!

Chef Mat was just the kind of person you hope to get when you sign up for a class like this - talented, knowledgeable, personable, professional. He reads the room and elevates the vibe with humour, sharing his own stories, a great playlist etc. He facilitated the group so that everyone could try doing a bit of everything, and gave some great, practical tips for us to use at home. The food itself was excellent, and the menu was very thoughtful - it felt elegant and special, but was actually very simple and easy to replicate again on our own, which was appreciated. HIghly recommended this class, it was a super fun way to spend a Friday night!
