I had an amazing time. I don't know if there is a better way to spend Friday evening than to cook Italian food while sipping wine and listening to favorite music. Thank you, chef, for all your guidelines, support and entertainingly educational atmosphere that you managed to create:)

Chef Mat was awesome! His thoughtfulness with the different added elements throughout the evening, made my sister’s birthday very special. The cooking aspect was also very fun and the menu he created was super unique. 10/10 recommend!

My girlfriend and I had a great time cooking with Chef Mathieu. You can tell immediately he has a passion for cooking and teaching others from his stories about his family, the industry, and teaching people from all age groups. He was patient and thorough with instructions, and always explained why we were doing things which helps you appreciate the final product more. He's also a fun guy to be around. Always cracking jokes and laughing, making us feel very comfortable in his home. 10/10 super fun date night.
