Overall incredible experience. The class was really good and very easy to follow along with each step. The food was amazing and Mat made it a very fun experience. I would highly recommend hiring him.

We enjoyed this class very much! Chef Matt is a great teacher! He showed us how and then let us do the work. He gave us so many tips and techniques that we’ll be able to use at home to make meal prep easier and he explained why these techniques work. He was funny and very genuine and the food we cooked together was delicious! We would highly recommend this class!

I had an amazing time. I don't know if there is a better way to spend Friday evening than to cook Italian food while sipping wine and listening to favorite music. Thank you, chef, for all your guidelines, support and entertainingly educational atmosphere that you managed to create:)
