Enjoy rich and classic tikka masala along with buttery daal makhani that's both smoky and creamy. End your journey with a delicately sweet spiced cake made with cardamom, black tea and coconut.

We loved our experience with Chef Mat! The meal was excellent and some of the best Indian food we’ve had. Chef Mat was easy going and very knowledgeable. We would definitely recommend for anyone looking for a new experience or something different for a typical “going out to eat” date night. We will definitely be booming Chef Mat again. Thank you!!

Chef Mathieu was very welcoming and we had a great time hanging out and learning with him! We are total beginners and Mathieu made us feel like that wasn't a problem at all. Food was amazing. Highly recommend.

This class was an absolute blast! Chef Mat was super knowledgeable and the experience really fun. The food we made was some of the best we’ve had. It was awesome to learn how to recreate this food from a really skilled chef. We couldn’t be happier with the experience and we definitely recommend it to anyone.
