Each distinct region celebrates unique flavors and methods that define their cuisine. This culinary masterpiece takes you all around India starting with spicy prawns and masala chutney, showcasing a certain brightness that will intrigue you. Enjoy rich and classic tikka masala along with buttery daal makhani that's both smoky and creamy. End your journey with a delicately sweet spiced cake made with cardamom, black tea and coconut.

Guests are welcome to provide wine and beer to accompany the menu, and may request pairing recommendations from the chef upon booking.

We loved our experience with Chef Mat! The meal was excellent and some of the best Indian food weвЂ™ve had. Chef Mat was easy going and very knowledgeable. We would definitely recommend for anyone looking for a new experience or something different for a typical вЂњgoing out to eatвЂќ date night. We will definitely be booming Chef Mat again. I had an amazing time. I don't know if there is a better way to spend Friday evening than to cook Italian food while sipping wine and listening to favorite music. Thank you, chef, for all your guidelines, support and entertainingly educational atmosphere that you managed to create:)

We enjoyed this class very much! Chef Matt is a great teacher! He showed us how and then let us do the work. He gave us so many tips and techniques that weвЂ™ll be able to use at home to make meal prep easier and he explained why these techniques work. He was funny and very genuine and the food we cooked together was delicious! We would highly recommend this class!

My girlfriend and I had a great time cooking with Chef Mathieu. You can tell immediately he has a passion for cooking and teaching others from his stories about his family, the industry, and teaching people from all age groups. He was patient and thorough with instructions, and always explained why we were doing things which helps you appreciate the final product more. He's also a fun guy to be around. Always cracking jokes and laughing, making us feel very comfortable in his home. 10/10 super fun date night.

Chef Mat was incredible! We had such a great time (lots of laughs!) and learnt skills like making pasta from scratch and preparing squid, which we would never have attempted at home. A very unforgettable experience. Highly recommend :)

Chef Mathieu was really great and we had an awesome time there! The food was really good, even though we had some smalls changes in the menu, everything was delicious! Specially the squid :)
