Wrap yourself in the aromas and rich history of traditional Mexican cuisine with this immersive cooking class. Follow along as an expert chef demonstrates techniques that have been used for generations in the process of creating a variety of beloved dishes. Chop, mince, grill and layer fresh produce for a colorful and mouthwatering display of the best of Mexican cooking.

Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.

I had an amazing time. I don't know if there is a better way to spend Friday evening than to cook Italian food while sipping wine and listening to favorite music. Thank you, chef, for all your guidelines, support and entertainingly educational atmosphere that you managed to create:)

Overall incredible experience. The class was really good and very easy to follow along with each step. The food was amazing and Mat made it a very fun experience. I would highly recommend hiring him.

We enjoyed this class very much! Chef Matt is a great teacher! He showed us how and then let us do the work. He gave us so many tips and techniques that weвЂ™ll be able to use at home to make meal prep easier and he explained why these techniques work. He was funny and very genuine and the food we cooked together was delicious! We would highly recommend this class!

Chef Mat was awesome! His thoughtfulness with the different added elements throughout the evening, made my sisterвЂ™s birthday very special. The cooking aspect was also very fun and the menu he created was super unique. 10/10 recommend!

My girlfriend and I had a great time cooking with Chef Mathieu. You can tell immediately he has a passion for cooking and teaching others from his stories about his family, the industry, and teaching people from all age groups. He was patient and thorough with instructions, and always explained why we were doing things which helps you appreciate the final product more. He's also a fun guy to be around. Always cracking jokes and laughing, making us feel very comfortable in his home. 10/10 super fun date night.

Chef Mat was incredible! We had such a great time (lots of laughs!) and learnt skills like making pasta from scratch and preparing squid, which we would never have attempted at home. A very unforgettable experience. Highly recommend :)

We loved our experience with Chef Mat! The meal was excellent and some of the best Indian food weвЂ™ve had. Chef Mat was easy going and very knowledgeable. We would definitely recommend for anyone looking for a new experience or something different for a typical вЂњgoing out to eatвЂќ date night. We will definitely be booming Chef Mat again. Chef Mathieu was really great and we had an awesome time there! The food was really good, even though we had some smalls changes in the menu, everything was delicious! Specially the squid :)
