My friend and I took the French Bistro cooking class and had such a great experience. The class was fun, engaging, and very easy to follow thanks to the chefs, who were patient, helpful, and made the atmosphere enjoyable throughout the evening. The class was set for four people, and each pair participated in preparing different parts of the five-course meal, including a caramelized onion and tomato tarte tatin, bavette steak with mushrooms and red wine pan sauce, roasted smashed baby potatoes, French bistro salad, and a French soufflÃ©. After cooking, each group shared the steps they took to prepare their dish, which made the experience interactive and educational. The ingredients were high quality, the BYOB option was a fun touch, and overall it felt like such a unique and memorable experience. I would absolutely love to take another class here every few months to continue learning from such talented professionals.

What a great experience! My girlfriend and I attended Chef Karenâ€™s cooking class and absolutely loved the entire night. We enjoyed a wonderful French cooking class with a Chef Mathieu. The menu included French Onion Soup, Beef Bourguignon, and a custard fruit tart, all of which were incredibly flavourful and gave a good representation of French cooking technique and flavour. Mathieu was very personable, and it was clear that not only did he have the knowledge about the cooking techniques, but also understood how to share them at a level that was understandable to all. We enjoyed the collaborative nature of the class and the ability to be involved in various aspects of the preparation of all components of the meal. The knowledge shared could definitely be translated into at-home practice.

It was very helpful to learn as we went along -- what to do for each step and the proper techniques, including knife techniques. Booked as an Anniversary present, Jeff had a great attitude and made us both feel very comfortable. All dishes and ingredients were explained throughly and even some alternatives to recreate dishes on a budget or with easy to find ingredients. Involved us in the process teaching us knife skills along the way, and other skills. Jeff also provided a wornderful dining expirience, serving our dishes and cleaning up in between courses, never failing to top off our wine glasses, and jaming to some classic 2000s music in the background.
