My friend and I took the French Bistro cooking class and had such a great experience. The class was fun, engaging, and very easy to follow thanks to the chefs, who were patient, helpful, and made the atmosphere enjoyable throughout the evening. The class was set for four people, and each pair participated in preparing different parts of the five-course meal, including a caramelized onion and tomato tarte tatin, bavette steak with mushrooms and red wine pan sauce, roasted smashed baby potatoes, French bistro salad, and a French soufflÃ©. After cooking, each group shared the steps they took to prepare their dish, which made the experience interactive and educational. The ingredients were high quality, the BYOB option was a fun touch, and overall it felt like such a unique and memorable experience. I would absolutely love to take another class here every few months to continue learning from such talented professionals.

We had a great time at our 7-course Italian seafood dinner cooking class with Chef Vinu. Her place is very cozy and welcoming, and she did a great job showing and explaining everything. We made pasta from scratch, stuffed mushrooms, salad, shrimp, calamari, and more. The food turned out absolutely delicious. I would recommend it to anyone who wants to learn about Italian cuisine.

I booked this cooking class as a surprise for my boyfriend's birthday and we had an incredible experience! Chef Vinu was incredibly friendly, attentive, and was an excellent teacher. Another couple was also in attendance and Chef Vinu did a great job ensuring that everyone had something to do at all times. I would most definitely recommend booking a class with her!

My girlfriend and I arenâ€™t necessarily the best cooks in the world and we were hesitant to try this experience; however, Vinutha made us feel like world class chefs! Her instructions and demonstrations were very clear and easy to follow, but also fun and engaging. She was also very encouraging and supportive which is unlike any of the chefs Iâ€™ve seen on TV (perhaps you may know of a British chef from a popular tv show about a kitchen in hell?) As well as her ability to cook, Vinutha has extensive knowledge on technique, food pairings, and history of dishes that made the event even more thrilling. You can tell her passion for cooking as well as hosting and teaching made it extremely interactive. Not only does this type of experience make it fun in the present, but also the tips will carry on in the future when cooking for yourself or others. And letâ€™s not forget the food was amazing! The kitchen and dining area were very clean and the aesthetics were amazing. We felt right at home right as we walked in. My girlfriend and I were hesitant at first about cooking with another couple; however, Vinutha made the experience more old friends gathering for a meal with no awkwardness or discomfort. I understand this is a long review but when good service meets good people and ends up with great food, I feel good work should be recognized. My girlfriend and I loved the experience and would definitely attend another cooking class with Vinutha. Definitely recommend, your tummy will thank you! JH

I gave this as a part of a birthday gift for my best friend. The house is lovely, clean and organized. Heâ€™s fully set up. We learned a few tricks of the trade when it comes to the perfection of the dumpling. Heâ€™s extremely knowledgeable, friendly in hospitable. We brought wine, to have with a meal, which was absolutely delicious. Might I add perfectly steamed. We were the only two in the class. Which worked out great for us. It was more like a private class. His timing is excellent, and you do not feel rushed. Thereâ€™s plenty of time in the handouts to take home for future dumpling making was extremely helpful. Definitely looking forward to another cooking class with Akshay. I highly recommend him!!!

I wanted to book a cooking class as part of a Christmas gift to my girlfriends and found this website. It was perfect! Italian food and dessert! Chef Vinu explained all about the ingredients some cultural history in the Fresh Tortellini and Sicilian Dessert we would be making. She was patient as no one in our group of 4 had made pasta from scratch. We left having had a lot of fun and laughs with my besties, and learned new cooking skills. Oh, and the food was yummy! Who knew when we arrived that we could have pulled it off. Overall, highly recommend!

It was very helpful to learn as we went along -- what to do for each step and the proper techniques, including knife techniques. It was also great to have 2 chefs there to divide and conquer with the help, given that there were 4 teams.

We cooked Sensational Handcrafted Dim Sum. From the very beginning we got greeted by chef Akshay we went to wash our hands and came to the kitchen. From the very start, you can tell that the chef takes pride and what he does. Everything was prepped in the fridge two hours before we came measured and just to the right serving portions. We started cutting the ingredients prepping they tofu and mushroom wontons. Then we started making chicken shumai and shrimp Cheung fun. And finished off the master class with chocolate spring rolls, which was amazing.

The Mediterranean flavors she introduced were vibrant and authentic, and the Sicilian-inspired menu was absolutely memorable. Our experience was amazing!!!! I had purchased this as a gift for my granddaughter that gave us something to do together and we both loved it!!!!! She actually phoned me from the grocery store on Sunday to let me know she was picking up all the ingredients to cook the meal again for Sunday dinner. Needless to say I was very pleased that she enjoyed this so much and we hope to do this again sometime. The chef was also amazing not just his cooking/teaching but overall he was so much fun to be with â€“ we had some pretty good laughs and he really made us feel at home as to be honest we were not sure what we were walking into. But we sure knew what we walked away from and it was fantastic and would highly recommend this to my friends and family.
