Chef Mike took us through a vegan Indian menu, with laccha, creamy mushroom tofu, dal, pulao, and barfi. We had a great time. The recipes came together deliciouslyâ€”it would be hard to pick our favourite and we certainly plan to cook them again on our own. Chef Mike adapted easily to our skill level, and was well-organized, professional, and a delight.

Mike was fantastic! First time doing this and would definitely do it again! Great food, super professional and FUN. The gluten free flatbread was so tasty and a big hit. The entire meal was so flavorful and Mike was amazing at explaining things for us all from beginner chefs to the more expert cooks in our group

The explanation of everything was thoroughly explained and Chef Mike had no hesitation in answering the many questions we asked of him and did so in such a simplistic manner.
