Dive into the vibrant world of authentic Mexican cooking in this hands-on cooking class with Chef Steve. Built around three from-scratch salsas – verde, ranchera and roja – this session teaches you how the right salsa transforms a taco from good to unforgettable.
You'll start by charring and blending each salsa before building a trio of tacos – ranchera steak, tender carnitas with salsa verde and al pastor with pineapple and salsa roja. Fresh esquites round out the savory spread, and warm churros with cinnamon sugar and chocolate hazelnut dip close the class on a sweet note. Book this Mexican cooking class today.
