Chef Janice was awesome. Bought this lesson as a Christmas gift to do with my 14 year old nephew. Was so nice to do together. Lots of great tips for both a young cook and a more seasoned one. Food was delicious. I donâ€™t generally like fish, but am excited to try the recipe we made. Chef Janice was a pleasure to have in my home and very accommodating with our schedule. Highly recommend her!

Janice was an amazing person to have in our home. She was extremely efficient, punctual, well organized, and most importantly made us the most incredibld meal. Each dish was absolutely perfect.
