My granddaughter and I had the best experience. A very relaxed atmosphere. Chef Janice took time to fully explain each dish. The food was amazing and Chef Janice is the best chef ever.

Chef Janice was awesome. Bought this lesson as a Christmas gift to do with my 14 year old nephew. Was so nice to do together. Lots of great tips for both a young cook and a more seasoned one. Food was delicious. I donâ€™t generally like fish, but am excited to try the recipe we made. Chef Janice was a pleasure to have in my home and very accommodating with our schedule. Highly recommend her!

Janice was an amazing person to have in our home. She was extremely efficient, punctual, well organized, and most importantly made us the most incredibld meal. Each dish was absolutely perfect. She cleaned up thoroughly afterward and we were able to enjoy the evening without lifting a finger. Thank you chef Janice!

Chef Janice is highly knowledgeable, passionate and a well-travelled chef! Her menus are a direct and authentic reflection of her culinary and cultural experiences in various parts of the world. In our party of two, one of us had some experience cooking while the other had none, Chef Janice was patient and helpful to the both of us and adapted her teaching techniques according to our different skills. We highly recommend Chef Janice, whether it be as a teacher for a cooking class or having her cater for your event.
