Learn how to make traditional English muffins for friends and family.
Designed for all levels of home chefs, this cooking class explores the joys of baking. You'll work alongside a gourmet chef who will share tips and techniques for mixing, whisking and baking classic English muffins. You'll start by mixing flour, butter, eggs and yeast before patting the dough and cutting into round shapes. Master techniques for pan-frying the rounds into perfect browned, soft and chewy muffins.
