Master the art of handmade sushi designed to dazzle your friends and family.

Sushi is a menu-topper that makes a magnificent home meal, as you'll discover in this interactive cooking class for curious culinarians. Chef Vinutha has your station ready and waiting for you in a lesson that brings the traditions of sushi up close and personal.

Following foolproof step-by-step instruction, you'll prepare a stirring miso soup. Later slice and rice one of each roll of a stunning duo of authentic sushi specialties (that can be made vegetarian upon request). Finally make your own enchanting matcha tofu chocolate mousse for a delightful dessert.

Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.

Had a great experience and got to meet great new people! Vinutha was very informed and explained the process very well. Any questions we had she answered was able to answer. Gave us ideas to customize our recipes as well when we make it on our own. Would recommend if you're looking for a new experience and learn some new recipes.

We had a great time at our 7-course Italian seafood dinner cooking class with Chef Vinu. Her place is very cozy and welcoming, and she did a great job showing and explaining everything. We made pasta from scratch, stuffed mushrooms, salad, shrimp, calamari, and more. The food turned out absolutely delicious. I would recommend it to anyone who wants to learn about Italian cuisine.

I wanted to book a cooking class as part of a Christmas gift to my girlfriends and found this website. It was perfect! Italian food and dessert! Chef Vinu explained all about the ingredients some cultural history in the Fresh Tortellini and Sicilian Dessert we would be making. She was patient as no one in our group of 4 had made pasta from scratch. We left having had a lot of fun and laughs with my besties, and learned new cooking skills. Oh, and the food was yummy! Who knew when we arrived that we could have pulled it off. Overall, highly recommend!
