Peter was an absolute delight to be in the kitchen with. From the tart, he greeted us with a warm welcome and his hospitality was great. His chef experience had us excited to assist prepping the meals, and each dish was made amazingly. He not only taught us how to make each dish, but taught us the techniques whether it was to prep, chop and cook. I'm really excited to take this knowledge and apply it within my own kitchen, and hope we can visit Peter again to check out his other classes. Thanks Peter!
