You'll begin with a light starter of radicchio salad with shaved fennel and blood and Cara Cara oranges, lightly dressed with olive oil and Champagne vinegar. The entrée features juicy seared duck breast finished with a rich black cherry jus, paired with silky parsnip purée. To finish, indulge in a fragrant and refreshing basil and mint panna cotta.
