WHAT YOU’LL DO
Add Italian culinary skills to your kitchen repertoire.
This cooking class pairs traditional techniques with a fun and engaging atmosphere. You'll work alongside a gourmet chef while learning how to use a potato ricer and shape dough into chewy gnocchi pasta. Use potatoes, eggs and other ingredients to mix, fold and cut into tiny knots of classic gnocchi. Serve with cheese, dressing and traditional sauces like brown butter and sage.
