You'll learn how to turn ground walnuts into hearty meatballs topped with a tempting garlic tahini drizzle that adds flavor and creamy texture in each bite. You'll also prepare a gumbo featuring vegan sausage and deep-fried Brussels sprouts. And for dessert, whip up a delightful coconut crГЁme brГ»lГ©e.

Our experience with Chef Charlene was AMAZING. The food we cooked together was absolutely delicious. Exceeded our expectations. Even our 12 year old daughter had a blast learning about vegan food and how to cook it. I highly recommend any class with chef Charlene. She is fun, very professional, and knows her stuff!
