This immersive cooking class is a delicious introduction to the mind of the talented Chef Luca. Experience the chef's style of Italian cooking, inspired by his grandmother's love for fresh ingredients.

You'll start by crafting a panzanella salad. Followed by a rice cake made with Parmesan cheese and onions, topped with Chef Luca's signature family sauce. For dessert, you'll prepare castagnaccio, chestnut flour fritters served with ricotta mousse and chocolate.

Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
