A variety of beloved Southeast Asian cuisines come together in this interactive cooking class. Chef Thaung Lin is on hand to help you create a unique menu that lets every culture shine.

You'll create shrimp on sugar cane, a Vietnamese favorite and a mung bean noodle salad loved in Thailand. The flavor ramps up with Indonesian fried rice featuring chicken and vegetables before heading into sweet territory with a Filipino iced dessert.

Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.

We took the Spectacular Southeast Asian Fare class and we learned so many things about the various asian cuisines. Chef Thaung was super knowledgeable, professional and taught us great techniques in the kitchen. The class was super engaging and my guests loved the experience. He had explained that he had taught students for several decades and it clearly shows. He is a seasoned teacher and I appreciated him sharing his wealth of knowledge. Thank you Chef Thaung!!

Fantastic experience learning from Chef Yan! It was a fun evening learning all about Burmese cuisine. I would definitely recommend anyone to take one of Chef Yan's classes, he is not only a great teacher but he is just so fast and swift in the kitchen. He taught us, cooked with us and cleaned up after himself so nicely. What a great evening! Thank you!
