For this sensational feast, you'll prepare tender fritters featuring a vegetable mix and a spicy dipping sauce, soup filled with chicken, beans and vermicelli as well as a braised beef curry. Finish up by baking a sumptuous coconut cake for dessert.

Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.

Chef Thaung Lin made us a wonderful meal of Burmese cuisine and it was lovely having him guide us through the ingredients and dishes. He also made extra dishes for us to enjoy. Highly recommend for any occasion!

This was a great experience. Chef Lin arrived on time and was very organized. He involved us in the preparation of the meal and explained how each step would be prepared. We had a great evening with Chef Lin and really enjoyed the food!
