We had the best experience with Chef Burcu last evening in the kitchen of her lovely cafe. For our first cooking class ever, she was patient and guided us through every step of the Parisian meal. She answered our questions and knew a great deal about food. She was very personable and friendly and even offered for us to bring extra food home after our meal. It was a fantastic experience from beginning to end - through hands-on cooking, demonstration and enjoying the meal afterwards. Thank you for an excellent class, we will certainly book with her again!

Chef Burcu’s class was so organized. When we arrived, everything was ready for us. She explained the process, gave helpful hints, and tips. She provided a relaxed and interactive environment to have fun, chat with the others, and learn a new dish. Of course, sitting down to a nice meal at the end of the session was the best part. I highly recommend her whether you are a beginner or a practiced cook.

Chef Burcu was outstanding – not only incredibly skilled but also exceptionally patient and personable. she made the entire session fun and engaging, ensuring everyone felt involved and capable, regardless of their cooking experience. The food we prepared under the chef's guidance was phenomenal. Every dish turned out delicious, and we left with both full stomachs and new culinary skills. The chef’s ability to balance teaching, coaching, and fostering a relaxed atmosphere was truly impressive. It was the perfect blend of teamwork, learning, and enjoyment. The meal was very good. It was nice to see the demonstration when preparing the meal as well as relaxing. The kitchen was left clean and she even let one of the kids help out at making the gnocchi. I would definitely recommend.

Wow what an incredible meal! We have leftovers to enjoy today too. As the other reviews said best baklava ever, home made and fresh fresh fresh. The food and service was impeccable. This wonderful lady is going places and I can't wait to see what she does in the future. We'll definitely be trying out her classes, which is not something I was interested in before.

Chef Burcu was amazing. We went as a family for our daughter's 21 birthday. Her kitchen and dining room was bright, beautiful and very clean. She was great at giving instruction, she made it fun and we learnt a lot. All the ingredients were fresh and the food was beautifully presented and delicious. I would highly recommend her!
