Discover authentic Korean cooking techniques and flavors with Chef Shovan's expert guidance.

In this engaging cooking class, Chef Shovan invites you to experience the rich flavors and traditions of Korean cuisine. With over 20 years of culinary expertise, Chef Shovan will guide you through making classic Korean dishes, while also sharing insights on how meals are traditionally prepared and enjoyed in Korea.

You'll learn to create yachae kimbap, stir-fried chicken dakgalbi, and savory bokkeumbap. Plus, satisfy your sweet tooth with cinnamon tteokbokki. Master techniques in rolling sushi, stir-frying and preparing rice dishes, all while exploring Korean culinary culture.

Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.

Chef Shovan is an expert in global cuisine, and is enthusiastic about sharing his extensive cooking knowledge with others.

Chef Shovan was excellent. We purchased a private cooking class for my parents to celebrate my dadĐ²Đ‚â„¢s birthday. Chef Shovan was punctual and came fully prepared with all of the necessary ingredients. He was personable and skillful. My parents reported that it was a fabulous experience.

Chef Shovan was friendly, knowledgeable and polite. He made an excellent and gracious host. He was very encouraging of our attempts to make samosas and created a calm atmosphere. The food was all incredible! We would HIGHLY recommend Chef Shovan!!!
