You'll craft crispy samosas with a refreshing green chutney for dipping. Later learn the secrets and techniques to transform chickpeas and seasonings into a grand chana masala. Later, deep fry Indian bread to accompany the main meal. To end the feast with a bit of sweetness, a traditional Indian rice pudding dessert.
Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.

With over 15 years of culinary and teaching experience, Chef Madan has honed his expertise in both the kitchen and the classroom. Specializing in Indian cuisine and vegetarian food, he has served as a teaching associate, lecturer and assistant professor in various culinary institutions in India. Chef Madan is a professional in blending spices and complex layers of flavor. Currently based in Edmonton, he is ready to teach cooking classes and as well as bring gourmet experiences to your own home.

Chef Madan is an excellent and passionate cook that always prioritizes flavour and quality. I especially loved the palak paneer he made me…. I miss that dish often.

Madan is my favorite chef or teacher for me. He teaches me many dishes. My favourite is fruit chat, palak paneer, folded paratha and white roce and sheviya. He is very polite and friendly when it comes to teaching. Thank you, Madan. I Suggest everyone to learn from him he is best???
