WHAT YOU’LL DO

Learn to make delicate Japanese cuisine staples.
Join a one-of-a-kind sushi-making cooking class. Learn to create authentic, hand-rolled Japanese sushi from a top-notch professional chef in an interactive kitchen environment.
Gain new skills in the kitchen such as making sticky sushi rice and slicing delicate fresh fish. Cook through a four-course menu including an appetizer, main course and dessert.

Start with savory miso soup with tofu. Next master the art of rolling fresh maki rolls with seaweed and craft the perfect bite of nigiri. End the class with refreshing green tea mochi for dessert. Book today!
Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
