Dive into the world of French cuisine with this fun, immersive cooking class taught by the talented Chef Ajinkya. You will learn how to delicately sear tuna to perfection, boil eggs expertly and balance the salty of anchovies with the briny pop of olives. You will discover how to perfect the sautГ©ing of mushrooms and sear the beef while mastering the velvety blend of cream and mustard. Finally, you'll assemble a vegetable au gratin and conclude your culinary experience with the creation of classic vanilla mousse.

Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.

We can't say enough good things about Chef A.J. We absolutely loved the food and the experience. AJ was so warm, welcoming, funny, and so obviously passionate about cooking. We were most impressed with how he could work with the worst possible equipment in the Airbnb we rented. One of our favourite comments was: You know it's a good steak when you can cut it with a Dollar Store knife. We sincerely enjoyed our cooking class with AJ, loved his friendly manner, love of soul music, and great stories. Oh, and he brought aprons and chef hats for us to wear and keep! Highly recommended!!

Chef Ajinkya was so cordial and made the whole experience a fun event. We conversed and he was ready to answer every question. He listened to feedback and taught us knife skills. Great conversation and great food made it a memorable evening.
