Focusing on high-quality, plant-based ingredients, this interactive cooking class with Chef Angela introduces guests to the diverse flavors and textures that can be achieved with fresh, whole foods without using a skillet or stove. Highlighting food in its natural state, each dish is filled with vibrant, nutrient-dense ingredients.

Begin class by pairing complementary flavors and enhancing your knife skills with a refreshing watermelon wakame salad followed by raw vegan pad Thai. For the main course, layer fresh, seasonal vegetables into a hearty lasagna and finish the meal by crafting raw vegan brownies for dessert.

Guests are welcome to provide wine and beer to enjoy during the class.

I booked a Angela's plant-based sushi class for my boyfriend's birthday gift. We had a lot of fun and we will be eating the delicious leftovers all week. Angela is a great teacher, she gave us lots of helpful tips and ideas to adapt the recipes for different tastes. I would absolutely recommend this class for a gift, a date, or just a fun way to spend an afternoon.
