This diverse menu begins with a classic snack, crispy potato aloo tikki. For the main course, you'll prepare chicken keema matar that's bursting with flavor and accompanied by jeera pulao. Dessert features a traditional halwa with toasted semolina, nuts and dried fruit.

Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.

Chef Parag loves cooking! It is what keeps him going. He loves to share his skillset with his guests. He is very detailed in his steps when teaching. From the safety tips to correct equipment to use. He also is very adamant on ensuring to his guests that practice, practice, practice makes perfect! He also noted that there is so much information on the internet to learn from, but you will not become a better cook without continuing to practice. I learned several tips and tricks from Chef Parag and I'm sure you will too if you take a class with him!
