What You’ll Do

Learn how to create dishes that are tasty and healthy

One of the most important things that you'll learn during this cooking class is that healthy food doesn’t need to be boring; the healthy dishes that you'll prepare during this class pack a real punch when it comes to flavor. Using the finest ingredients you'll create a starter of deviled eggs with maple bacon and avocado, followed by a wholesome Cajun chicken bowl with butternut squash, onion, carrot, broccoli and corn. To finish, the professional chef will show you how to create mixed berry crepes with vanilla bean ice cream.

Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
