Chef Burcu was outstanding – not only incredibly skilled but also exceptionally patient and personable. she made the entire session fun and engaging, ensuring everyone felt involved and capable, regardless of their cooking experience. The food we prepared under the chef's guidance was phenomenal. Every dish turned out delicious, and we left with both full stomachs and new culinary skills. The chef’s ability to balance teaching, coaching, and fostering a relaxed atmosphere was truly impressive. It was the perfect blend of teamwork, learning, and enjoyment. A great evening with a talented chef, with a world of knowledge. The menu was delicious, and the pasta making was very hands on. We ended up enjoying a wonderful meal at the end, and learned a lot! I would say though that the class is less hands on than I thought, as the pasta itself was the only portion of the meal that we had made. But we were able to observe, and were taught the steps plus more details about the rest of the meal. Thank you Chef Burcu :)

This was a fantastic cooking experience! We had fun co-creating the meal with Chef Burcu! We learned a number of new cooking tricks and the food was so delicious! Would highly recommend this cooking experience for anyone! We had all different skill levels in our group and everyone enjoyed.

We had the best experience with Chef Burcu last evening in the kitchen of her lovely cafe. For our first cooking class ever, she was patient and guided us through every step of the Parisian meal. She answered our questions and knew a great deal about food. She was very personable and friendly and even offered for us to bring extra food home after our meal. It was a fantastic experience from beginning to end - through hands-on cooking, demonstration and enjoying the meal afterwards. Thank you for an excellent class, we will certainly book with her again!

Chef Burcu’s class was so organized. When we arrived, everything was ready for us. She explained the process, gave helpful hints, and tips. She provided a relaxed and interactive environment to have fun, chat with the others, and learn a new dish. Of course, sitting down to a nice meal at the end of the session was the best part. I highly recommend her whether you are a beginner or a practiced cook.
