WHAT YOU’LL DO

Learn knife technique, seasoned rice and sushi rolling – from salmon rolls to a yuzu cheesecake finish.

Learn the fundamentals of sushi making in this hands-on cooking class with Chef Sean. You'll pick up professional knife techniques and learn to season sushi rice properly – the foundation of every great roll.

 

You'll create a warming miso soup before rolling a salmon and avocado roll and a bold spicy tuna hand roll. The class closes with yuzu cheesecake cups for a bright, creamy finish. Book this sushi class today.

Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
