WHAT YOU’LL DO

Learn to marinate bulgogi, build a colorful bibimbap and make gochujang sauce from scratch.

Discover one of Korea's most iconic dishes in this hands-on cooking class with Chef Sean. You'll learn to prepare colorful seasonal vegetables, marinate Korean bulgogi and build the perfect gochujang sauce to assemble a restaurant-quality bibimbap.

 

You'll also make a crisp Korean seafood pancake with shrimp and squid, learning to balance texture and flavor, before building your own bibimbap with your favorite ingredients. A refreshing hwachae fruit punch closes the class on a light, cooling note. Book this Korean cooking class today.

Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
