Explore the signature flavors of Italy and practice traditional culinary techniques that highlight simple, fresh ingredients from the region while creating iconic dishes of Italian cuisine.

Create classic dishes inspired by the flavors of the Mediterranean, including a crunchy, tangy bruschetta and a smooth basil tomato soup with orzo pasta to start. For the main course, master two Italian classics in one: A creamy risotto paired with puttanesca pork chops. Finish this meal of Italian favorites with a beloved dessert, a light and airy lemon ricotta cake.

Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.

An experience that is unforgetable, had chef Housarde help me with a menu I had plan for my for my husband birthday and the end result was great!!! He really know his stuff and a really good teacher, I would recommend his classes to anyone who wants to bring some awesome flavor in their kitchen.
