Get hands-on in this exciting pasta-making cooking class with Chef Kev, where only handmade pasta is allowed. You’ll experience the difference in flavor and texture that fresh, authentic Italian pasta brings to the table. Begin with a freshly baked lemon and roasted pepper ricotta served with crostini, then move on to crafting pasta dough completely from scratch. Next, create a vibrant tomato and arugula aglio e olio, and finish the meal with a ridiculously easy yet luxurious fruit panna cotta.
