Begin your French culinary exploration with a roasted beet, walnut and goat cheese salad peppered with walnuts, then prepare a grilled flank steak entrГ©e paired with seasonal vegetables, roasted garlic potatoes and beef jus. Finish your meal on a sweet note with homemade French chocolate mousse and caramelized hazelnuts.

He was knowledgeable but it seemed rushed and not enough info ahead of time to be sure to have the right ingredients and tools.
