Get a taste of Old World traditions in a revealing cooking class that celebrates the flavors of Italy. Your esteemed guide Chef James leads you through a collection of standards dressed up with gourmet touches.

Learn to craft risotto that becomes crispy arancini, combine white wine and sage to flavor a sumptuous veal saltimboca and prepare your own noodles for heart pasta alla carbonara. Then, expand your baking skills with a tiramisu assembled entirely from scratch.

Guests are welcome to provide wine and beer to enjoy during the class.

We cooked caesar saland, risotto balls, veal, and pasta. Overall I would say the experience was amazing and I would 100% recommend Chef James. The conversations were great, he was very insightful about teaching us about cooking, and the food was incredible. 10/10 experience!

Amazing experience overall, thanks a bunch to Chef James who showed us all the tips and tricks to make great sushi! I can definitely recommend it to everyone who'd like to get (1) a demonstration of how to cut fish, veggies, and roll sushi as well as (2) actually doing all those things themselves.
