Hi Chef Cory, today in the sushi making class we were supposed to have you as our chef! We had Giselle and while she was wonderful, the session wasnâ€™t what we expected. Not only did it not look like the pictures provided on the website, it was an hour short, we did not prepare the vegetables like the description said (it was in plastic boxes) and there wasnâ€™t enough sushi rice for the sushi rolls. We could only prepare one each. Just wondering what happened here. Thanks.
