You’ll practice your rolling and slicing techniques while preparing rice paper rolls with juicy mango salad. Next, tackle a Thai green curry with chicken and roasted vegetables as the Chef teaches your group how to work with aromatics to build flavor, before finishing with a mango sorbet served with a coconut wafer.
