Indulge in a refined Italian dining experience with a private chef experience led by Chef Bal. Drawing on over 15 years of global culinary expertise and time spent working alongside Michelin-starred chefs, Chef Bal brings an elevated yet approachable Italian menu to your table – every detail handled from start to finish.

 

The evening opens with a velvety asparagus and Parmesan soup finished with croûtons and quail egg, before a beautifully seared sea bass with chimichurri and cherry tomatoes. Butternut squash ravioli with sage butter, green apple and spiced pecans rounds out the savory courses, while a delicate basil panna cotta with berries and chocolate closes the evening on a fresh, elegant note.
