Savor a surprising amount of brightness in the menu, thanks to the addition of citrus from blood oranges and lemons whether in a palate-cleansing bite of crunchy radicchio to adding brightness to spicy broccolini or a tangy twist on layered tiramisu. A lighter take on Italian cuisine will captivate you.

Chef Mat is absolutely amazing. He is so kind, personable, and funnyвЂ”he also taught us some great tips and tricks! The food was incredibly delicious. Every course was prepared beautifully and we couldnвЂ™t believe how yummy everything was. Just perfect flavour combinations. We also have so many amazing leftovers!!! Thank you Chef Mat for making my partnerвЂ™s birthday extra special. I would highly recommend booking an experience with Mat and am recommending him to all my friends and family!!!

My girlfriend and I had a great time cooking with Chef Mathieu. You can tell immediately he has a passion for cooking and teaching others from his stories about his family, the industry, and teaching people from all age groups. He was patient and thorough with instructions, and always explained why we were doing things which helps you appreciate the final product more. He's also a fun guy to be around. Always cracking jokes and laughing, making us feel very comfortable in his home. 10/10 super fun date night.

My wife and I very much enjoyed our lesson with Chef Mathieu. He graciously and patiently walked us through the process of creating a delicious meal. We have tried cooking South Asian food before and definitely feel that this experience as upped our game. We highly recommend him.

Chef Mat was just the kind of person you hope to get when you sign up for a class like this - talented, knowledgeable, personable, professional. He reads the room and elevates the vibe with humour, sharing his own stories, a great playlist etc. He facilitated the group so that everyone could try doing a bit of everything, and gave some great, practical tips for us to use at home. The food itself was excellent, and the menu was very thoughtful - it felt elegant and special, but was actually very simple and easy to replicate again on our own, which was appreciated. HIghly recommended this class, it was a super fun way to spend a Friday night!

Chef Mat was awesome! My fiancГ© and I had such a fun time chatting, learning, and getting our hands dirty. Mat was great at making cooking feel like it can be accessible to everyone (no pasta machine or fancy equipment necessary) and he had great tips for beginner cooks like us. I'm definitely less intimated to make fresh pasta and more complex dishes on my own now. He was very timely and efficient with the prep work! This is a perfect date night activity or any occasion to have a delicious meal and learn how to make it.

We had such a great experience with Chef Matt. There were six of us adults plus a baby and a puppy and I had no idea how someone could create a cohesive meal with us operating under such chaos, but he did! All while making us laugh and helping create a delicious birthday that we will always remember.

We enjoyed this class very much! Chef Matt is a great teacher! He showed us how and then let us do the work. He gave us so many tips and techniques that weвЂ™ll be able to use at home to make meal prep easier and he explained why these techniques work. He was funny and very genuine and the food we cooked together was delicious! We would highly recommend this class!
