Explore traditional Indian cooking techniques in this immersive cooking class. Under the guidance of a gourmet chef, you'll learn to prepare a rich and flavorful Indian menu.

Start with pakoras - crispy fried vegetable fritters made with chickpea flour. Then, master the art of tikka masala and rice pulao, complemented by a cooling cucumber-yogurt dipping sauce. YouĐ²Đ‚â„¢ll also make soft cheese naan with chutney. Conclude with a sweet halwa, filled with cashews, almonds and dried fruits. This class is perfect for home chefs of all skill levels.

Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
