Join Chef Vinutha for a hands-on, authentic Italian cooking class focused on Neapolitan cuisine. The menu showcases the varied cooking styles of the area with traditional dishes from the regions of Abruzzo, Campania and Calabria.

Begin by preparing a stuffed eggplant dish with cheese and Italian seasonings, followed by light and flaky fish rolls. Then, learn how to make rich risotto primavera loaded with fresh vegetables and soaked in a savory stock. For dessert, make a crostata from scratch with pastry dough and homemade jams for the filling.

Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.

We received a wonderful gift of an 'Authentic Neapolitan Cooking class' from our kids for Christmas.В  Not knowing what to expect, we were thrilled when we entered Chef Vinutha's warm and inviting home.В  Twinkling fairy lights were hung across the ceiling and wonderful Italian music played, setting the stage for an unforgettable evening.В  We asked ourselves, are we still in the same country where we had just arrived earlier in a blizzard? We had already met the 'other couple' in the lobby and how lucky were we, as they were great company and many laughs would ensue. Chef Vinutha is a gifted chef who not only knows how to cook expertly, but weaves interesting tidbits of information throughout her demonstration. We thoroughly enjoyed learning the Neapolitan way of cooking with her.В  We certainly overstayed our welcome, but it was hard to leave. It truly was the most wonderful Christmas gift and we thank Chef Vinutha for this great experience!

My wife and I took the Authentic Neapolitan course with Chef Vinutha. We had a blast! We aren't experts in the kitchen by any stretch but she was patient, explained lots of interesting cooking tips and demonstrated each skill before we tried it. The food was delicious and the evening was very relaxing. Highly recommend!

This was my first ever cooking class, and Chef Vinutha made it an unforgettable experience that exceeded all my expectations. The space was comfortable, the food was incredible and Chef Vinutha was friendly, warm, extremely knowledgeable and made excellent use of class time. I learned a lot, and would recommend her classes to anyone!
