Begin class with an exploration of flavor and texture, starting with a bright fattoush salad tossed with pomegranate dressing. Follow it up by assembling tasty halloumi and sourdough crostinis with roasted peppers. For the main course, prepare decadent vegan scalloped potatoes and mushrooms topped with crispy breadcrumbs. Finally, enjoy vegan chocolate cake for dessert.

Chef Nataly creates middle eastern themed meals that are some of the best meals I have ever had. She ensures that every bite is full of flavor.
