Celebrate the beauty of European style as you create a meal fit for royalty in this hands-on cooking class. With help from Chef Leroy, you'll learn the French way to create an indulgent spread with all the trimmings.

Your lesson in French cuisine starts with choux pastry in a creamy mornay sauce and a bacon-wrapped dates dish called Devils on Horseback. Continue with a classic coq au vin served with Hasselback potatoes as a delicious main dish. And for a characteristic French dessert, bake tender madeleines delicately flavored with rosewater.

Guests are welcome to provide wine and beer to enjoy during the class.

The cake was really soft and moist even if consumed the next day refrigerating it overnight. The decorations were beautiful. Love the chocolate shards. The cake had a really great height and evenly distribution of the frosting. Love it completely. Also got a happy birthday topper and candles free with the cake which was above and beyond gesture by the owner. Will highly recommend to all my friends to place orders with them.

Leroy is very nice person and his work is great.He gave the sample cake drawing and made that sample to reality.Cake is delicious and it’s very moist next day as well.Leroy is very flexible and his prices are also affordable.Thank you Leroy for beautiful cake and I’m waiting to order for my next event.
