Cooking Class - Mediterranean Herbs and Spices

What You’ll Do

Prepare a simple Mediterranean meal where herbs and spices are the stars.

In this hands-on cooking class with Chef Matt, you'll learn to make three flavorful Mediterranean dishes brimming with bright herbs and fragrant spices.

First, whip up some hummus and serve it with homemade pita bread fresh off the grill and seasoned with sumac. Then, make seven-spice chicken, a dish with spices ranging from tangy to zesty to savory. On the side, prepare and enjoy fattoush salad packed with bread and greens, as well as crunchy pickles. For dessert, poach fresh figs in honey and enjoy them with yogurt, oranges, and rich chocolate.

Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.

Chef Matt was amazing. Not only did he adapt his menu for us, but he taught us so much, shared his amazing experiences, and created such a warm and welcoming environment. The food was absolutely incredible. This was a night that we will never forget! I would highly recommend doing a class with him!
