Cooking Class - Make Fresh Tortellini and Sicilian Desserts in Toronto

I wanted to book a cooking class as part of a Christmas gift to my girlfriends and found this website. It was perfect! Italian food and dessert! Chef Vinu explained all about the ingredients some cultural history in the Fresh Tortellini and Sicilian Dessert we would be making. She was patient as no one in our group of 4 had made pasta from scratch. We left having had a lot of fun and laughs with my besties, and learned new cooking skills. Oh, and the food was yummy! Who knew when we arrived that we could have pulled it off. Overall, highly recommend!

We had such a wonderful experience with Chef Vinu! She guided my husband and me through making pasta from scratch, making the process approachable, fun, and delicious. The Mediterranean flavors she introduced were vibrant and authentic, and the Sicilian-inspired menu was absolutely memorable. Ending the evening with homemade Italian Amaretti cookies and freshly brewed espresso was the perfect touch. Chef Vinu’s passion for food and warm teaching style made the entire experience both enjoyable and enriching—we can’t recommend her enough!

This was SO much fun! We were a group of 5 who just wanted to try something new, and this proved to be such a fun experience. Chef Vinutha was a fabulous host. She had everything set up and ready to go when we arrived, and clearly explained every step of the cooking process. She was incredibly informative while also allowing the experience to be very interactive. The presentation was perfect and the food was absolutely delicious. Highly recommend!!!

It was my first time taking a cooking class and I would highly recommend Chef Vinutha's cooking classes. She is a very warm, friendly and interactive host, and of course talented in her craft. The ambiance and table setting was lovely, you can tell there was a lot of effort and time put into every detail. The class had a great balance between learning and socializing in an intimate setting. I had a great time and would book again!

Vinutha was an incredible teacher and so knowledgeable in what she does. The experience was very immersive and allowed myself and my wife to really understand why we do certain things when cooking along with learning new techniques. Highly recommend Vinutha's cooking class!

I booked this for me and my husband and it didn’t feel like we were in Toronto. We are straight transported to Italy!! The entire experience left us only with great memories and a lovely time. Chef Vinutha’s experience, teaching skills and knowledge really shows through the entire evening. She not only teaches you about the printed menu but also gives those small tips which are so important in day to day cooking. When we were having our dinner, she even offered to make an espresso, which shows how involved and passionate she is. Highly recommend this experience, it won’t disappoint you.

We would highly recommend the cooking experience. I booked this for my wife, daughter and mom for Mother's Day and we all had a great time. It was fantastic to learn how to make pasta from scratch, understand the different ingredients and how best to combine them and then enjoy a tasty meal. Being involved in the preparation of the food made the whole experience that much more memorable. We look forward to trying the recipes at home and signing up for another class with Chef Vinutha in the future. She is very knowledgeable, engaging and patient.
