Start with mussels and tomatoes cooked with white wine, garlic and herbs. Then, prepare a decadent entrГ©e of fresh spaghetti with clams, fresh parsley, garlic and white wine. After all that seafood, brighten your palate with homemade mascarpone mousse topped with fresh fruit and Italian-style biscotti.

Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.

He was knowledgeable but it seemed rushed and not enough info ahead of time to be sure to have the right ingredients and tools.
