What You’ll Do

Create four traditional American dishes with a twist in this class with Chef Robert.

American food is diverse and inspired by all the people and cultures that call it home. In this hands-on cooking class, Chef Robert will show you how to make traditional American dishes prepared using international cooking styles and ingredients.

Some of the recipes you can look forward to mastering include a spiced Waldorf salad with fruit and walnuts, a lightly sautГ©ed Moroccan-style chicken breast rolled with chard, spices and a sweet onion compote, wild rice and pecan florentine, and ginger and sweet potato pudding for dessert.

Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
