What You’ll Do

Get ready for a hearty vegetarian feast featuring an array of decadent, authentic Indian dishes.

In this immersive cooking class, Chef Vinutha will provide expert guidance as you learn to create popular Indian dishes from scratch. You'll learn to balance complex spices and flavor profiles, and how to create savory, wholesome dishes without the inclusion of meat products.

Begin the class by folding and frying crispy, doughy samosas stuffed with a potato filling. Then, learn to cook traditional crispy poori flatbread in distinct-tasting anise oil and later pair it with rich and creamy kofta curry and deep-fried vegetable fritters. For dessert, make tapioca kheer.

Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.

The food was delicious, the setting was inviting and Chef Vinutha was a great teacher, taking time to explain, the process, the culture and good science behind behind every step. I would recommend for anyone who loves cooking and Indian food. We had a great evening.

You are going to think all these 5 star reviews must be fake because how could someone be that great. Honestly this cooking class is 110% worth it. Not only does Chef Vinu teach you some delicious recipes, she walks your through the cultural and geographical theory behind flavourful pairings and ingredients. I took my fiance for his birthday and we had a private tutorial in Chef Vinus gorgeous home. We cooked and talked and ate till we were stuffed. I cannot recommend this experience any higher. Please please do not scroll by, book this cooking class, you will not regret it!!

Myself & daughter were looking forward to a relaxed, educational and tasty cooking experience (as part of my daughters Bday). From the moment we stepped into Chef V’s beautiful and aromatic kitchen we were not disappointed. We cooked with another (adorable ) couple and enjoyed lots of laughs, learned a lot and the menu was so delicious. I couldn’t leave the leftovers behind…my husband even had a taste. I am grateful for the pleasant experience & would recommend to anyone who loves flavourful food. Chef V was patient while we learned new skills and very passionate in teaching us about the background of the spices and ingredients. Thanks again Chef V :)
