Draw inspiration from the ocean in this incredible interactive class with Chef Joseph.

Light, bright, and full of flavor, seafood dishes are healthy and packed with natural flavor. In this hands-on class, Chef Joseph will teach you how to properly sear scallops, and reveal the secrets of a classic French sauce.

Begin the three-course class by tossing a Caesar salad with homemade dressing. For the entrГ©e, look forward to preparing delicately seared scallops served with quinoa, tomatoes and fresh herbs, and drizzled in a lemon-hazelnut sauce. Finish off the meal with creamy mascarpone, fresh berries and almond crumble.

Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.

He was knowledgeable but it seemed rushed and not enough info ahead of time to be sure to have the right ingredients and tools.
