Cooking Class - Authentic Cajun Supper

What You’ll Do

Join Chef Anthony in discovering the simple beauty of Cajun cooking.

Despite its bold flavors, Cajun cuisine is more accessible than you might think. During this class, Chef Anthony will teach you several tricks to balancing spices, along with new uses for common ingredients.

Begin by preparing a homemade roasted pear and pecan salad topped with fragrant and tangy blue cheese. For the main course, you'll prepare a savory pork chop that's both rubbed and stuffed with traditional Cajun spices, and sided by dirty rice. Finally, you'll conclude the meal with a light, refreshing pavlova using egg whites and mixed berries.

Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
