Chef Brockton is a passionate culinarian with nearly a decade of experience gained in kitchens as sous chef, executive chef and more. He's worked in establishments around the world, including several in Mexico City owned by well-known chef, Jair TГ©llez, several restaurants in Vancouver, and as a private chef for celebrities. Chef Brockton is passionate about creating palate-pleasing dishes in a variety of cuisines, such as Mexican and Italian, and looks forward to sharing his knowledge with you.
